If you are not satisfied with a product ordered from our online shop and wish to return it, you may do so within 10 days, unopened and in original packaging.

Products in stock will be dispatched within the business day. Please note that there are no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. In the event a product is not in stock, the delivery time will be extended accordingly.

Any complaints regarding the condition of delivered goods, including missing tags, must be reported to us no later than two working days after receipt of the goods.

All items come with a 2 year warranty.
