On the occasion of the brand's 100th anniversary, Montblanc dug deep into its archives and created the "Origin" collection, paying tribute to its rich history and heritage. The collection draws inspiration from never-before-released prototypes as well as design features found in the earliest Meisterstück editions – ones that capture the founding spirit and give it a modern twist. The intricate pattern on the cap and the case, partially covered in green lacquer, is reminiscent of an unreleased prototype that was hidden away for decades. The clip is an homage to the old shapes found in some of the first Meisterstück models and has been brought into modern times with a heightened sense of nostalgia. On closer inspection, the original Meisterstück logo can be found, adorning the cap as a symbol of exceptional quality since its inception. This anniversary edition is adorned with a special ring engraved with the years "1924" and "2024" to highlight the brand's 100-year heritage.
